Did You Receive Documents from the Office of Administrative Hearings?
The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) helps resolve disagreements between people and state agencies. If you received documents from OAH, you’re likely part of a hearing related to that disagreement.
The two most common documents we send out are Notices of Hearing and Orders.
- Notice of Hearing lets you know that a hearing has been scheduled.
- Order explains the judge’s decision about the hearing.
To know what to do next, review the example documents provided in your language and compare them with the ones you received. These examples provide only general information. For specific details on your hearing, review the documents we sent you.
