The Office of Administrative Hearings does not collect information about your immigration status as part of our regular services. However, in some cases, your immigration status might come up during a hearing if it is important to the case.  

If you share this information with us, we will not share it with others, including government agencies, for immigration enforcement.  

If information regarding your case or immigration status must be disclosed under the Public Records Act, OAH will notify you at the address we have on file. You may seek a court order to stop the release of the records.

Si la información sobre su caso o estatus migratorio debe divulgarse para cumplir con la Ley de Registros Públicos (enlace solo en inglés), la OAH se lo notificará a la dirección que tenemos. Puede solicitar una orden judicial para detener la divulgación de estos registros.
