Chapter 10-08-150 WAC
Chapter 10-08-150 WAC will be updated regarding the qualification process for Washington court-certified interpreters in accordance with RCW 2.43.

CR-101 filed on October 19, 2022, WSR 22-21-142 to update the Model Rules to ensure compliance with RCW 34.05.220(5) and 34.05.250. An agency study is ongoing including review of statutory changes and development of a charter for stakeholder input.
