When do I get the decision?
The judge will not decide the case at the hearing. The judge will send a written order with their decision about your case. Most of the time, an order will be sent to you within 30 days of the hearing.
What if I disagree with the decision?
If you disagree with the judge’s decision you have the right to appeal. The order will give instructions on how to appeal. Be sure to follow the instructions. There are strict deadlines and requirements.
