Directions to the OAH Offices

 

Driving Directions to the Headquarters Office

From Interstate Five in Olympia, take the Aberdeen/Ocean Beaches exit (Exit 104) onto US Highway 101. Get into the far right lane as soon as possible and take the first exit (Cooper Point Road/Crosby Boulevard). Turn right from the off ramp onto Cooper Point Road.

 

At the next light, turn right onto Evergreen Park Drive SW. (AM-PM will be to your right.) Stay in the right lane and turn right again onto South Evergreen Park Drive SW.

 

Follow the road as it curves to the left and take the third left onto Bristol Court SW. Take the first right into the parking lot. OAH is in the second brick building (2420).

Driving Directions to the Seattle Office

From I-5 (going north):

From the LEFT lane of I-5, take the Seneca Street exit. At the light, turn right onto 6th Avenue. One Union Square will be on your right between University and Union Streets.

 

From I-5 (going north from I-90):

Take the Madison Street exit and go left over the bridge. Turn right onto 6th Avenue. One Union Square is on 6th Avenue between University and Union Streets.

 

From I-5 (going south):

Take the Union Street exit (underneath the Convention Center). Turn left at the first light (7th and Union). Go under the building into the parking garage.

 

Entrance:

The front door to One Union Square is located at 6th and University. The building may also be entered from Two Union Square, from 6th Avenue between Union and University Street, and from the concourse from Rainier Square.

The elevators are located in the lobby of One Union Square. Use the elevators on the south end of the lobby and go to the 15th floor.

 

Parking:

OAH does not provide or validate parking. You will need to carefully plan your parking in downtown Seattle and expect to pay between $5 and $7 per hour. On-street parking is very limited and may not provide sufficient time for a hearing. Hearings occasionally exceed two hours.

 

The entrance to the One Union Square Building parking garage is located at the corner of 7th and Union. Parking at the Washington State Convention Center may be entered from Pike Street immediately east of 6th Avenue.

 

By Bus:

From Tunnel
Get off at University Station. Follow signs to University Street. After exiting the station on University, walk east up the hill to 6th Avenue. One Union Square is on 6th between University and Union Streets.

 

Buses on 1st Avenue (No. 15, 18)
Use the stop closest to Union or University Street and walk up the hill to the corner of 6th Avenue and University Street.

 

Buses on 3rd Avenue (No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 13, 66...)
Use the stop closest to Union or University Street and walk up the hill to the corner of 6th Avenue and University Street.

 

Buses on 4th Avenue (No. 17, 26, 39...)
Use the stop closest to Union or University Street and walk up the hill to the corner of 6th Avenue and University Street.

Driving Directions to the Spokane Valley Office

From I-90:

Take the Sullivan Rd (Exit 291B) and turn left onto N Sullivan Road. Turn right onto East Indiana Avenue. 16201 is on the left.

 

 

Driving Directions to the Tacoma Office

From I-5:

 

Parking

The Rhodes Center parking garage entrance is on Market Street and the skybridge connects directly to the Rhodes Center building. Parking is approximately $1.50 per hour.

 

 

Driving Directions to the Yakima Office

From I-82:

Use Exit 33 off I-82 to City Center/Yakima Avenue. Continue west on Yakima Avenue, past the Convention Center (8th Street) and the Hilton Garden Inn (4th Street), to the corner of Yakima Avenue and 3rd Street. Turn right onto 3rd Street and go one block north to "A" Street. OAH is on the 3rd floor of the Liberty Building, on the southwest corner of "A" Street and 3rd Street.

 

From Hwy 12-Hwy 410:

Skip the first two exits (40th Avenue and 16th Avenue). As you approach the third exit (for North 1st Street), move to the outside or left lane and follow the signs to Richland to merge with I-82. Proceed on I-82 to Exit 33 for City Center/Yakima Avenue, then follow the instructions above.

(If you do exit Hwy 12-Hwy 410 at North 1st Street, continue south on 1st Street until you reach Yakima Avenue. Turn left onto Yakima Avenue and head east one block to 2nd Street. Turn left onto 2nd Street and proceed one half block, turn right into the parking lot behind the Liberty Building.)

 

Parking:

If street parking is full, turn left onto "A" Street (one-way heading west), and head west one half block to the parking lot behind the building. Both the street and the parking lot are two-hour free parking areas.
