Manage My Case

Portals allow you to manage your case online.  You can: 

  • View case information and 
  • File documents with OAH  

However, you must still send your documents to the other parties.


Participant Portal

You can use the Participant Portal to see and manage all of your cases.  There are instructions on the address sheet you received in the mail.  The address sheet also has your codes.

New Appeal Requests

OAH holds many types of hearings.  If you have not already requested a hearing, in some cases, you may make that request on this website.

Secure Email

If you do not want to use the portal above, you can send OAH documents (file documents) using secure email. You can also choose to receive OAH notices and decisions through secure email.  

If you would like to file documents or receive notices and decisions through secure email, please call us at (800) 583-8271.

  • You must still send documents to the other parties in the case.
  • If filing by secure email, you do not have to send copies to OAH by regular mail.
  • No ink signatures are required.
