Office Closures

The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) is operating normally.  Offices may change for bad weather or other hazardous conditions. 
This list is updated if any office has adjusted hours.

 During closures, our administrative law judges still make every effort to conduct hearings as scheduled.  If you are scheduled for a telephone hearing, please follow the instructions on your notice of hearing, even if the OAH office is closed. Any hearings that cannot be held during a closure will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

Phone Hearings with Office Closures
If the office is closed and you have a phone hearing:

  • Try calling anyway.
  • Follow the call-in instructions on your Notice of Hearing.
  • Our judges try to find a working phone, even if the office has lost power or is closed.

Closed on Holidays
Please note that OAH is closed on holidays and weekends.
