Office Closures

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, and the Governor’s Stay Home-Stay Healthy Proclamation, all OAH offices are closed to the public until further notice.

During closures, our administrative law judges still make every effort to conduct hearings as scheduled.  If you are scheduled for a telephone hearing, please follow the instructions on your notice of hearing, even if the OAH office is closed. Any hearings that cannot be held during a closure will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
