Benefits of Working at OAH
We have skilled legal support teams at OAH. They include Office Managers, Legal Assistants, and Legal Office Assistants. They work closely with the judges and help manage the cases.
We also have a call center with Customer Service Specialists.
Administrative Law Judges
A critical role of OAH is to be independent. Our judges are a key part of that. We have Administrative Law Judges (ALJs), Lead ALJs, and Senior ALJs (supervisors).
We offer CLE training opportunities for our judges. These trainings are at no cost to the ALJs.
Equal Opportunity Employer
If you are an applicant with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to complete the application process please visit careers.wa.gov/reasonable-accommodations.html for more information.
